The breakfast was really good, it had a bit of everything and was specially high quality! the rooms were a good size and the bathroom was too. plus, the hotel is close to the tram station. It made getting around so easy.

Our room wasn't quite ready when i arrived for check-in, i had to wait an hour! also, the room wasn't totally clean. There were some biscuit wrappers on the floor. the toilet made a really loud noise when flushed. It sounded like a motor.

spacious room friendly staff

the room was spacious and clean. beds were comfortable, i noticed. the shower and bathroom were excellent. breakfast had a great selection (especially the pastries). i found the staff kind and friendly. the location was a short walk to main attractions.

the hotel seemed to be part of apartment blocks, i noticed. there were some stairs, something to keep in mind for accessibility.

staff were available when needed, offering a map and directions. the hosts were very cute in the evening. they directed me to everything i wanted to see.

the room included a comfortable bed and good air conditioning. new towels were provided each day, i appreciated that. the room was also well illuminated with a security box.

the location is in a residential part of the city. there is a bus stop nearby, about two minutes away. a tram stop is also close.

The hotel room was clean. It was also quiet, which I appreciated. The breakfast was decent.

The hotel entrance was not easily identifiable. I had some difficulty locating it upon arrival. The room did not have a bidet. This was an unexpected omission.

helpful staff excellent breakfast street noise squeaky bed

andrea was real helpful to me. the location was good, it was a short walk to the center city. breakfast was excellent, the hotel gave new towels every day.

lots of noise from the streets did bother me. the bed made a squeak, it gave me a back pain after a single night.
